She has the certificate of proficiency in English EFL. By Cambridge University and a certificate of Lingua e cultura Italiana given by the Università di Firenze.

She continuously assist to different update courses organized by local institutions as the "Jornades Internacionals d´Estudis Gaudinistes in Palma" Juny 2002, the Diploma of the Fundación Bmé. March Severa of Modern Sculpture, (May 2003) The Municipality of Palma (Palma Monumental, February 2004), The Fundación Yannick & Ben Jakober (June 2005), The Fundación Pilar & Joan Mirò of Palma (January 2006), and the Institut d'Estrategia Turística de Balaears (March and November 2006).

Her degrees in Humanities and Tourism Management, combined with her background and passion for her job have turned her into a very experienced licensed guide in Mallorca. Her main areas of expertise are architecture-related fields (urban planning, walking tours, etc.) though she is also comfortable with art, history and philosophy .
